THIS WEEKS TROUBLE: TIE DYE OR DIGITAL PRINTING?

The ringing answer is digital printing; More safe and commercial for any production. Unless if you dont want an artificial technique, its the logical way. But the trouble is that you cannot apply allover printing on all fabrics surfaces, and even you do, you may not get the best result. On our case its a corduroy set of jacket and short which we had to make the tie dye with the ancient way. The trouble is, you cant get the same color gradiation and look on each item, even when you make some samples. Thats cool, but the marketing doesnt like that. They want each and every item they’re selling to be perfectly even and same. What do you think? Will it shifts? Does people demand more natural, individual look on each of same item selling in the shop? Or not?
